christmas eve dinner polish style with the fam, christmas day vegan style with the armstrong-skomra’s, day after gift exchange with collies, cupcake baking, lambic drinking. back in bed but would like to add a quick photo synopsis of gift of the century, graciously and generously, given to me by one colleen wandel. i am forever grateful and will see her eyes in his wings forever.
goodbye, my love
marvina, alex’s 15 year old cat, whom has become my best friend over the past year and a half, was euthinized today. we took her in & held her while the vet told us the prognosis was bad, and i held her in my arms while she died. she looked me in the eye and wrapped her paws around my hands and took tiny breaths, and she was gone.
my heart is scattered and alone, incredibly broken,...
